Steve Juedes Sr.

President & CEO

Steve is a numbers guy, a CPA by profession. He has been at the forefront of data analytics since it became part of marketing 101 tactics in the 1980s. He sees patterns and trends instinctively. With over 40 years of experience, he's diverse in knowledge within the data and analytics industry. 

He founded Direct Hit Marketing in 1992, filling the need of marketing analytics during the height of the training industry. Steve has performed at the senior executive level for some of the most aggressive and successful database marketing companies. Included in this list are Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack Seminars.  Steve, as Director of Marketing for CareerTrack Seminars, helped that organization grow from 16 million in revenue to over 100 million in revenue in a span of only 6 years.

He's an avid sports fan, enjoys hiking and spending time with his wife and dogs. 

John Coe

John is all about effective strategy to make marketing and sales work cohesively.

 

John has partnered with Direct Hit Marketing and is responsible for adding new trade show clients and thought leadership content. 

 

His background includes experience in both sales and marketing. On the sales side, John was a field salesman, national sales manager and executive in charge of both sales and marketing for three major B2B firms. On the marketing side, he was president of a B2B direct marketing agency for 10 years, was National Campaign Manager at IBM, Sr. VP of B2B at Rapp Collins Worldwide and President of Protocol B2B.

 

John is also the author of The Fundamentals of Business-to-Business Sales & Marketing, published by McGraw-Hill.

Steven is a champion for clients bringing fresh data concepts and introducing them to relevant data analytic services that make our clients smarter and more effective in their marketing efforts.  

He's a former college football player and enjoys dominating in our fantasy football league. When he's not watching football, he can be found chasing his twin boys around.

Dan has spent two decades as a programmer, developing custom algorithms and standardizing data for effective use and analytics.

So what exactly do I do at Direct Hit?  Data can be overwhelming and challenging to work with, my job is to put your mind at ease and provide you with actionable data insights for your marketing efforts. I Design custom algorithms, develop code, interrogate data for segmentation possibilities, output report sets, perform data hygiene and output the clients Data story.

For nearly three decades, Charlie has served in as a lead programmer in the largest corporations in the USA. He has an eye for detail and data specification.

Kelly Schwalbert

Kelly is a knowledgeable list broker with a keen sense of how lists are performing and their ideal use. She can find the best list sources and suggest new options to for your marketing campaigns. 

Clients often call to pick her brain as to what lists might work for their marketing efforts, what trends are happening in their industries with postal and e-mail marketing. This is a benefit to having an Independent List Broker, one who isn't swayed by pushing a list property to increase bottom lines, but instead is championing for what works best for your campaigns and negotiating the best terms for you. 

Kelly is a mean Monopoly player and coffee addict. She's philanthropist at heart and spends much of her time giving back to those in need.

Dara Jones

Data Systems Administrator

Dara helps  our clients to capitalize on streamlining direct mail campaigns and hygiene steps for the best data in-the-mail. 

She's been with direct hit for over 15 years and has worn nearly every hat during her tenure, so she understands the inner workings of data, list hygiene and the importance of standardizing direct mail campaigns. 

Dara can be found most days cheering her kids on from the bleachers of a sporting event  while wearing her other hat of "mom-taxi". 

Nancy Juedes

VP, Operations

Nancy has spent decades in management and running the day to day operations of various organizations. She's worked in government, construction, and various office environments giving her a well-rounded skill set to see to the needs of the company so that others can focus on making our customers their top priority.

 

For the past 25 years, she has kept the "operations side" of Direct Hit Marketing running smoothly. She's also the resident snack-provider, which is much appreciated by our staff. 

Nancy can be found most evenings with a good book. She spends as much time with her grand kids and family.

Actor John "Duke" Wayne was born Marion Robert Morrison on May 26, 1907, in Winterset, Iowa. He was already a sizable presence when he was born, weighing around 13 pounds. He started out working as a prop man, then went on to acting in Raul Walsh's films. He became an American icon and Hollywood star after his performance in John Ford's 1939 film "Stagecoach."

Actor Clint Eastwood Born on May 31, 1930, in San Francisco, California. Eastwood worked odd jobs during and after high school, with stints as a hay baler, logger, truck driver and steel-furnace stoker. In 1950, he was drafted into the U.S. Army where he served as a swimming instructor.  After he landed a role on the TV western "Rawhide." He then starred as "the Man with No Name" in Sergio Leone's spaghetti western movies. In addition to acting, Eastwood has won the Academy Award for Best Director twice, for "Unforgiven" and "Million Dollar Baby."
